ESMOS Recruitment is currently looking for a Conference Producer for a leading large-scale event organiser based in Dubai.
As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for the conference from inception to delivery.
You will be involved in in-depth market research, identifying relevant and interesting topics, speaker acquisition, and agenda preparation aiming to offer networking opportunities for delegates, speakers and sponsors.
Position Requirement
- Min of 5+ years in organising international conferences
- Solid in research, planning, and delivery
- Expert in conference programmes, speaker acquisition, agenda preparation
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organizational skills
