Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across a portfolio of luxury and premium brands within the Group.
This role combines digital marketing, growth strategy, content creation, and AI-driven innovation to enhance brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and deliver impactful customer engagement across multiple industries.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring brand consistency while achieving measurable performance outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven marketer with strong expertise in digital marketing, content, and growth, and a solid understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer expectations.
1. Brand Management & Positioning
Develop and execute marketing strategies that reflect the
premium positioning and identity
of each brand.
Ensure consistency in brand storytelling, visual direction, and messaging across all touchpoints.
Adapt brand narratives to resonate with
high-value and discerning audiences
.
2. Digital Marketing & Growth
Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives across platforms including Meta, Google, and CRM channels.
Drive growth through performance marketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights.
3. Content Strategy & Execution
Lead content planning and oversee the creation of high-quality content across digital platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a refined, premium aesthetic.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for content production and campaigns.
4. AI-Driven Marketing & Innovation
Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign development, and workflow efficiency.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into marketing processes and improve scalability.
Stay updated on emerging trends in AI and digital marketing.
5. Multi-Brand Portfolio Management
Manage marketing activities across multiple brands and industries within the Group.
Ensure alignment while maintaining distinct positioning for each brand.
Execute campaigns efficiently across different business units.
6. Client Experience & Engagement
Support the development of elevated customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance client engagement, including personalized and curated experiences.
Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to support lead generation and conversion.
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels.
Track key metrics including engagement, traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to
digital, content, and growth marketing
.
Experience
working with
luxury, premium, or multi-brand environments
is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital analytics tools.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing optimization.
Understanding of SEO, CMS platforms, and campaign performance tracking.
Experience
with CRM systems and marketing automation is a plus.
