We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our branding, digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation activities.
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate projects, generate qualified leads, increase brand awareness, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and property portals.
- Coordinate branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Manage content creation for social media, brochures, email campaigns, and websites.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and improve conversions.
- Organize property launch events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Handle agency coordination, media planning, and vendor management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in real estate marketing within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and lead generation strategies.
- Experience with social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Experience in off-plan real estate marketing.
- Knowledge of property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut.
- Graphic design and content creation skills are an added advantage.
