About the Role
Spantrek is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute our end-to-end marketing function.
This is not a conventional marketing role.
You will be equally strategic and operational, leading everything from campaign planning and social media to lead generation, event management, and design.
You will work closely with our sales team and external partners to drive business growth in the B2B IT and SaaS space.

Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, broken down into quarterly and monthly activity calendars
- Own the marketing budget: allocate, track, and optimize spend across all channels
- Set ROI targets for each marketing initiative and report on performance against them
- Deliver regular marketing reports to leadership, covering KPIs, campaign results, and strategic recommendations
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and own the social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Design and create social media content — graphics, copy, and scheduling
- Manage the content calendar end-to-end: creation, posting, and community management (comments, DMs, engagement)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google
- Monitor analytics and continuously improve performance based on data
Content & Creatives
- Develop high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, and one-pagers
- Write scripts for video content and manage video editing using templates
- Design assets for social media, ad campaigns, presentations, and website
- Ensure all content and design is consistent with Spantrek's brand guidelines
Presentations
- Receive briefs from the sales team and translate them into compelling client and partner presentations
- Draft content, design slides, and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain a library of reusable templates for internal and external presentations
Lead Generation
- Support the sales team with outbound lead generation activities including cold outreach via LinkedIn, cold email campaigns, and cold calling support where required
- Qualify leads and arrange introductory meetings for the sales team
- Track and manage lead activity in the CRM
Events Management
- Plan and manage the company's digital and in-person event calendar
- Align with internal stakeholders on event objectives, messaging, and logistics
- Manage external vendors for gifts, merchandise, printing, and other event requirements
- Handle event promotion, registration, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up

- Represent Spantrek at industry events and conferences when required
Partner Marketing
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for Spantrek's technology partners
- Coordinate joint marketing activities including co-branded social media posts, webinars, customer events, and campaigns
- Align with partner marketing teams on messaging, timelines, and deliverables
- Track and report on the outcomes of partner marketing initiatives
Sales Enablement
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and translate them into marketing materials
- Create targeted campaigns to support lead conversion at different stages of the funnel
- Maintain an up-to-date library of sales collateral and presentation templates
CRM Management
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead, contact, and campaign data
- Ensure marketing activities are properly tracked and attributed within the CRM
- Generate reports and dashboards from the CRM to support decision-making
Website Management (Good to Have)
- Manage website content updates and edits — copy, imagery, and structure
- Coordinate with designers or developers for larger website changes
- Basic working knowledge of WordPress is a plus
Internal Communication
- Maintain clear communication
- Proactively update internal stakeholders on marketing activities, timelines, and results
- Manage expectations and flag dependencies early
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4–8 years of marketing experience in the IT, tech, or B2B SaaS industry
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing end-to-end, from strategy to execution, without heavy support
Core Skills
- Strong digital marketing skills: paid social (LinkedIn Ads), Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong presentation design skills — ability to turn a rough brief into a polished deck
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with outbound lead generation (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email)
- Experience with event planning and execution, both digital and in-person
- Partner marketing or co-marketing experience is a strong plus
Tool Proficiency
- Experience with SEO tools like SemRush, Ahrefs or similar platforms
- Hands-on e
- xperience managing HubSpot for sales pipeline management and management reports
- Canva proficiency for marketing assets. Figma and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
- Experience in using lead generation tools like Apollo, Lemlist, or others
AI Proficiency — Mandatory
- Proficiency in AI tools is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
- Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience using AI in day-to-day marketing work.
- ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent for content drafting, ideation, and copy refinement
- AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar) for creative assets
- AI-powered video or presentation tools for faster production
- Willingness to adopt new AI tools as they emerge and integrate them into workflows
