Role Description

The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for shaping and executing HKW Wealth’s marketing strategy across digital and offline channels.

This role develops and manages marketing campaigns that support brand positioning, lead generation, and client engagement, with a strong focus on high-quality, insight-driven content that reflects the firm’s advisory-first approach.

Day-to-day, the Marketing Manager will plan and publish content across social media, website, email, and thought-leadership formats; coordinate with advisors and leadership to translate market insights into clear narratives; and manage the marketing calendar, budgets, and performance reporting.

The role also involves overseeing brand consistency, managing external vendors or agencies when needed, organizing client events or briefings, and ensuring all communications meet regulatory and compliance standards.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales and advisory teams to align marketing activities with business goals and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within real estate, wealth management, or professional services, with a track record of building and executing integrated marketing plans.
  • Strong skills in brand positioning, storytelling, and content development, with the ability to turn complex market information into clear, concise, and actionable messages.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website management, and analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to design and manage client engagement initiatives such as events, briefings, webinars, and targeted campaigns that support relationship-building and lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Dubai is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including comfort with data, KPIs, and reporting, as well as effective time and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, maintaining discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
