Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across a portfolio of brands spanning F&B and Business Centres, including BRĒD Bakehouse, Cinnamood, flowork, and Yula Beach Lounge.

This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand clarity, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, while ensuring consistency in positioning and tone of voice across all platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to each brand’s positioning, audience, and commercial objectives.
  • Define and refine brand architecture, product hierarchy, and messaging frameworks.
  • Ensure consistency in tone of voice and communication across all channels.
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end campaign development across digital, social, PR, and activations.
  • Plan and execute product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Drive performance-based campaigns with clear ROI tracking.
  • Create content creationg and oversee content calendars aligned with key business moments.

3. Content & Social Media Management

  • Oversee content direction across all brands
  • Manage content production including UGC, influencers, and shoots
  • Ensure content drives engagement and conversion
  • Optimize content strategy based on insights

4. Influencer & Partnership Strategy

  • Develop and manage influencer strategies across markets.
  • Execute brand collaborations across industries.
  • Build long-term partnerships.
  • Manage briefs and performance tracking.

5. Digital Performance & Growth

  • Oversee paid media strategies.
  • Optimize conversion funnels.
  • Analyze performance and customer behavior.
  • Work with platforms to improve CTR and conversions.

6. PR, Communications & Brand Governance

  • Manage PR strategy and media relations.
  • Ensure alignment in tone of voice across communications.
  • Review and approve all materials.
  • Liaise with founders for approvals.

7. Events, Activations & Community Building

  • Execute launches and brand activations.
  • Drive community engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partners for visibility.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty through experiences.

8. Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Act as main point of contact between brands and partners.
  • Manage agencies and vendors.
  • Present strategies and reports to Management.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment.

Key Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in marketing (F&B, lifestyle, or retail preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • UAE experience is a must.
