About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Marketing Manager
to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives for a fast-growing organization in the furniture, retail, and e-commerce space.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong Gulf market exposure and hands-on experience in brand building, digital marketing, campaign execution, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising channels.
- Manage online and offline promotional activities, events, product launches, and branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, digital partners, and production vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams for effective product positioning.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize marketing ROI.
- Manage budgets and negotiate with vendors to maximize value and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within furniture, retail, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong understanding of the GCC market and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience working with SEO agencies, branding agencies, outdoor advertising partners, and regional marketing vendors.
- Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Nice-to-have
- Established network with GCC based marketing and advertising agencies.
- Experience in negotiating and managing marketing budgets effectively.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on customer engagement and business growth.
