Overview

Neospace Interiors is a well-established interior design and fit-out company in Dubai, delivering commercial and residential projects since 2011.

As our growth strategy continues, we are looking for an ambitious and creative, Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and market presence across the UAE.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in shaping the future identity of a growing company, building a brand that stands out in the highly competitive interior design and fit-out industry through creativity, innovation, and strategic marketing.

About the Role

Neospace Interiors is looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and take ownership of our brand, marketing strategy, and market presence across the UAE.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are looking for someone who can build a brand that stands out in the highly competitive interior design and fit-out industry, someone who can combine creativity, storytelling, digital marketing, and strategic thinking to elevate how the market sees Neospace Interiors.

You will lead all aspects of marketing and brand identity, helping position Neospace Interiors as one of the most recognizable and respected fit-out brands in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

Brand & Creative

  • Strengthen and elevate Neospace Interiors’ brand positioning within the interior design and fit-out industry.
  • Create compelling content and campaigns that showcase projects, client success stories, company culture, and design expertise
  • Oversee visual storytelling including photography, videography, project presentations, portfolio development, and branded marketing materials
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all brand communications and customer-facing materials
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to present and represent the company.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Lead all digital marketing channels including social media, website management, email campaigns, and online advertising
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market engagement through creative marketing initiatives
  • Manage and optimize lead generation activities while tracking campaign effectiveness and marketing performance metrics
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, audience engagement, lead quality, and return on marketing investment

Events, PR & Industry Presence

  • Coordinate photoshoots, exhibitions, industry events, networking opportunities, and marketing activations
  • Identify relevant industry awards, prepare award submissions, and manage the full entry process
  • Manage PR activities, media relations, and corporate communications
  • Identify and develop new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing, branding, and communication strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with sales, design, and project delivery teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Manage external agencies, designers, photographers, content creators, and suppliers where required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally masters, in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or creative leadership roles
  • Experience within the interior design, fit-out, architecture, construction, luxury, or real estate industries is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation
  • Experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online brand presence
  • Experience managing creative content, portfolios, presentations, and visual storytelling
  • A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and visual communication
  • Established network and strong contacts within the UAE interior fit-out market, including media, brand partners, suppliers, and industry channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and content creation skills
  • Someone who thinks creatively while understanding commercial impact and business growth
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Ambitious, proactive, highly organized, and full of ideas with a passion for building brands that stand out from the crowd.
