Overview

he Marketing Manager – Automotive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support sales performance.

The role involves managing campaigns, digital marketing, events, and market analysis while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support automotive sales and brand positioning
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels
  • Manage brand communication, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, SEM, and online campaigns
  • Coordinate product launches, showroom events, and promotional activities
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support decision-making
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets and business plans
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
  • Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution
  • Good understanding of automotive market trends and customer behavior in the GCC
  • Experience in managing agencies, media planning, and event coordination
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
