Job Summary

To plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities that strengthen the company’s automotive brand presence, drive sales leads, and enhance customer engagement across digital and traditional platforms.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Support in developing and implementing annual marketing plans aligned with sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to identify opportunities.
  • Assist in defining target audiences and tailoring campaigns accordingly.

Brand Management

  • Maintain consistency of brand image across all online and offline channels.
  • Support new model launches, branding campaigns, and promotional activities.

Digital Marketing

  • Execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other online platforms.
  • Manage social media content, website updates, and online vehicle listings.
  • Track campaign performance, lead generation, and digital analytics (CTR, conversions).

CRM & Customer Data

  • Ensure accurate entry and segmentation of customer data in the CRM system.
  • Monitor lead flow, follow-up quality, and conversion performance.
  • Provide insights to improve customer retention and re-engagement.

Events & Offline Marketing

  • Organize and coordinate showroom events, test-drive days, and sponsorships.
  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and media for campaign execution.

Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and measure marketing ROI.
  • Develop promotional materials and assist in lead nurturing campaigns.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and competitor benchmarking.
  • Track KPIs including lead conversion, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead generation volume & conversion rate.
  • Campaign ROI and cost per lead.
  • Social media engagement & follower growth.
  • CRM data accuracy and lead follow-up compliance.
  • Customer event participation and satisfaction rates.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, Betrix and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand identity.
