Job Summary

To plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities that strengthen the company’s automotive brand presence, drive sales leads, and enhance customer engagement across digital and traditional platforms.

Campaign Coordination

  • Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Track campaign timelines and deliverables

Content & Digital Marketing Management

  • Coordinate content publishing across digital platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials
  • Work with designers and content creators

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Liaise with agencies and vendors
  • Support communication between marketing and other departments
  • Manage partnerships and collaborations

Car Listing & Marketplace Management

  • Create and publish vehicle listings on platforms such as Dubizzle and DubiCars professionally and attractively.
  • Write clear and detailed car descriptions (specifications, condition, pricing, key selling points).
  • Upload high-quality images in line with platform standards.
  • Regularly update listings (price changes, availability, status).
  • Monitor listing performance (views, inquiries, conversion rates).
  • Optimize listings using relevant keywords (in-platform SEO).
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries, and assign leads to the sales team.
  • Improve or remove underperforming listings.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to update vehicle status (sold/available).
  • Analyze platform performance and recommend improvements to increase lead generation.
  • Ensure compliance with each platform’s posting policies.

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Organize events and exhibitions
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets
  • Handle day-to-day marketing operations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand identity.
