Marketing Manager

4+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership across campaigns and content

Daily, embedded use of AI tools in a professional context — this should already be how you work

Grit and a genuine bias for speed. You lean in when things get hard, ship without waiting for perfect conditions, and have a track record to prove it

Highly executional, able to go from strategy to delivery without a large team behind you

Strong editorial judgment and analytical instincts in equal measure

Fluency with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, or similar)

Works autonomously and doesn't need a brief to write itself

No-code automation experience (Zapier, Make.com)

Experience with data enrichment tools (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo)

Hands-on experience with Claude, Cursor, or similar AI coding/research environments

Experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Canva AI, Lovable, or similar)

$95,000 to $115,000 annual salary

This position requires the employee to drive.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

Full-Time Position. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel This position requires minimal travel, less than 25% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.

All travel is subject to the Indeed Flex travel policy and will be recompensed per the policy. It is the responsibility of the employee to understand and abide by the Indeed Flex Travel Policy in order to receive appropriate expense reimbursements.
