Marketing Manager

Maximize profits and ensure high-quality standards for sales, rotation, and loss through coordinating brands’ activities

Analyze prices, competition, and market segments to achieve the set brand target and submit brand-related reports and data regularly to the COO Plan and organize events, promotions, sales, and special marketing activities, while liaising with the operations manager and the suppliers to properly execute marketing strategies

Coordinate with the COO and the Executive pastry chef on the menu items/products selection in adherence to the market’s need and taste

Take full charge of coordinating the marketing activities such as photoshoot (products, drink shots, team shots, customer photos, ambiance shots, event photography), content creation, press releases review, and validation, as well as all the videography activities (if applicable) Implement marketing communication activations Develop Social Medial (SM) calendars

Manage and post content on SM accounts Lead on all direct mailing (Mail Chimp, SMS, WhatsApp for business, etc.) and monitoring the website and brand App ensuring being correct and friendly user all the time

Coordinate with the PR company and all 3rd party partners working for SugarMoo Develop and plan communications strategies Online community management (read and respond to reviews on all channels)

Develop and create a seasonal menu with Executive pastry chef following the policies and procedures for new products creation

Track and understand analytics (social media, web analytics, and online partners) Support during events and promotions (in the restaurant and off-site)

Develop a network/relationship/database with bloggers and high profile online and offline peeps Continuously communicate brand developments, events, newsworthy content to the SugarMoo team internally, to our network of bloggers, and our PR agency ·
