About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented, and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage the marketing activities of Remedy Plus Medical Clinic.
The candidate will be responsible for increasing patient flow, enhancing brand awareness, generating business growth, and maintaining daily patient targets to support the clinic’s operational break-even.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business
- Plan and supervise digital marketing campaigns including Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Create engaging healthcare-related content, promotions, and advertisements
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, influencers, and external agencies
- Monitor and improve clinic online presence, reputation, and patient reviews
- Organize marketing activities, seasonal campaigns, and community engagement programs
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports
- Bring and maintain continuous patient flow in the clinic to achieve daily operational break-even targets
- Work on assigned daily patient and revenue targets set by the management
- Develop corporate business opportunities and establish contracts with labour camps and companies in Al Quoz area
- Visit labour accommodations, companies, and nearby business establishments to promote clinic services
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with DHA guidelines and clinic standards
- Work closely with management and medical teams for service promotions and business development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or medical clinics
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and social media management
- Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing
- Strong business development and communication skills
- UAE healthcare marketing experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly and daily targets

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
