Overview
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven and execution-focused Commercial Marketing Manager to lead the online presence, digital growth, and customer acquisition strategy across our fintech and technology products.
This role is responsible for managing digital marketing performance, strengthening brand visibility, improving customer engagement, and driving measurable commercial growth through structured campaigns, content strategy, affiliate partnerships, and performance marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth digital businesses and understand how to position technical products clearly to customers while managing marketing performance through data-driven decision-making.

A. Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across fintech and technology product lines.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance-driven campaigns.
- Manage online brand visibility across key digital channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, SEO, and email marketing.
- Build scalable marketing initiatives focused on commercial growth and measurable ROI.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and campaigns.
B. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
- Coordinate campaign budgets, targeting strategies, creative performance, and optimisation plans.
- Work with agencies or external vendors where applicable to improve campaign efficiency and scale.
- Ensure structured tracking and reporting for all acquisition campaigns.
C. Brand Presence & Content Management
- Oversee content calendars across social media, website, CRM, and digital communication channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Translate technical product features into simple, customer-focused messaging and campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign launches, promotional activities, and digital brand initiatives.
- Review and manage creative outputs including ad creatives, landing pages, banners, graphics, and short-form videos.
D. SEO, Website & Organic Visibility
- Support SEO initiatives to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and brand discoverability.
- Coordinate website content updates, landing page optimisation, and campaign pages.
- Monitor backlink growth, search visibility, and website performance metrics.
- Work closely with technical or SEO resources to improve digital presence.
E. CRM, Email Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and automation workflows.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement metrics.
- Ensure CRM communications align with campaign goals and product positioning.
F. Affiliate & Partner Marketing
- Support affiliate marketing programmes and partner-driven acquisition initiatives.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns with affiliates, partners, and external collaborators.
- Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, and conversion outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand digital growth partnerships.
G. Analytics, Reporting & Commercial Insights
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:
- Campaign ROI
- Customer acquisition metrics
- Conversion performance
- Traffic and engagement growth
- Affiliate performance
- Brand visibility metrics
- Use insights and data trends to improve marketing effectiveness and commercial performance.
H. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Manage and guide a small marketing team, agencies, and creative vendors.
- Provide direction, priorities, and execution oversight rather than handling all production individually.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Support, and Design teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Ensure smooth communication, task tracking, and campaign execution across departments.
3. Preferred Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, technology, or high-growth digital businesses.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with strong analytical understanding of CPC, CPA, ROI, CAC, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Ability to simplify technical product features into compelling customer messaging and value propositions.
- Experience managing content calendars, campaign launches, and multi-channel digital communication.
- Exposure to affiliate marketing programmes and partner-based acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience reviewing and managing creative deliverables including videos, graphics, ads, and landing pages.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Experience managing small teams, agencies, or external marketing vendors.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-focused environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
4. Reporting & Governance
- Reports directly to the Director of Operations / Commercial Head.
- Weekly reporting on campaign performance, acquisition metrics, and ongoing initiatives.
- Monthly KPI reviews focused on ROI, growth targets, and campaign effectiveness.
- Escalate risks related to campaign performance, budget overruns, delivery delays, or brand concerns proactively.
5. Adhoc Responsibilities
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
- Assist with strategic marketing projects and business growth initiatives.
- Coordinate urgent campaign requirements or cross-functional commercial activities.
- Support continuous improvement in marketing processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
