Marketing Manager (30,000 - 33,000 AED) - Dubai based - Health and Wellness Clinic
About This Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Looking for a candidate with a strong digitial experience - Google SEO, Paid Ads along with social media. Must have experience running a team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Strengthen brand positioning within the premium health & wellness and longevity space
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints
Digital Marketing
- Manage all digital channels including social media, website, SEO, and paid advertising
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Monitor analytics and optimise campaigns to drive leads and conversions
Content & Social Media
- Oversee content creation including social media, blogs, email marketing, and campaigns
- Develop engaging, educational, and conversion-driven content aligned with wellness trends
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting and engagement
Client Acquisition & Growth
- Drive lead generation strategies to increase memberships and service uptake
- Optimise the customer journey from awareness to conversion
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve client retention and lifetime value
Partnerships & Events
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships (corporate, hospitality, fitness, medical)
- Plan and execute events, activations, and collaborations to drive brand awareness
- Leverage influencer and ambassador relationships where appropriate
Market Insights & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management
Salary bugdet: 30,000 - 33,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights
