Role Context
We are seeking an experienced
Global Marketing Lead
to drive strategy and execution across a global pharmaceutical portfolio within
Cardiovascular and Central Nervous System (CNS)
therapy areas.
This is a hands‑on, senior‑level contract role focused on shaping global brand strategy, supporting priority assets, and enabling strong local market execution across regions.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of
- global marketing and brand strategies
- for innovative assets
- Partner closely with
- local and regional teams
- to translate global strategy into impactful market execution
- Drive
- customer‑centric initiatives
- , including segmentation, targeting and customer journey mapping
- Support
- launch readiness and lifecycle management
- across priority brands
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with
- Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial and Insights
- teams
- Develop
- core global messaging, value propositions and omnichannel campaign frameworks
- Leverage
- data, insights and market research
- to inform strategy and optimise performance
- Ensure compliance with
- pharmaceutical regulations and internal governance
- Manage and coordinate
- external agencies and strategic partners
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ experience in
- pharmaceutical marketing
- , with global or regional leadership exposure
- Proven track record in developing and executing
- global brand strategies
- Strong understanding of
- customer experience, omnichannel engagement and digital transformation
- Experience operating effectively within a
- matrixed global organisation
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong influencing skills
- Analytical, insight‑driven and highly execution‑focused
- Able to start
- immediately or at short notice
