*The Marketing Executive is responsible for recommending and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Group's Financial Services brand and products, drive client acquisition and retention, and enhance brand visibility across asset management, wealth management, and brokerage businesses.
The Role will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring all communications align with regulatory standards and the Group's brand positioning in the UAE financial services market.*
***Brand & Marketing Strategy***
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the Group's financial services brands and products, supported by market and competitor analysis.
- Manage and ensure consistent brand presentation across all client-facing channels and communications.
- Track brand performance on a periodic basis and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
- Conduct market research to identify client segments, trends, and opportunities in the UAE wealth and asset management landscape.
***Digital Marketing & Content***
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid social, search, and display channels to drive qualified leads.
- Update the corporate website via the CMS, ensuring content is optimised for SEO and aligned with target keywords.
- Develop long-form content including thought leadership articles, market commentary, fund factsheets, and investor education material in coordination with the investment teams.
- Post and repurpose content across the Group's social media channels and track performance via Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Continuously review and optimise SEM, SEO, and social media campaigns across the financial services portfolio.
- Prepare and send the monthly client newsletter, segment audience data, and report on engagement metrics.
***Campaigns, Events & Collateral***
- Assist in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns to support product launches, fund offerings, and corporate announcements.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client events, roadshows, webinars, and conferences, including site inspections and on-the-day coordination.
- Develop sales collateral and a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the sales and advisory teams, including brochures, pitch decks, presentations, and case studies.
- Draft official communications for events, online platforms, and client invitations.
- Work with creative agencies, vendors, and affiliate partners, and guide their promotional efforts.
- ***Compliance & General***
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are reviewed for compliance with applicable financial services regulations and internal approval processes prior to publication.
- Collaborate with the line manager in preparing budgets, monitoring marketing spend, and consolidating expense tracking.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across business units to obtain information and approvals required for marketing activities.
- Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making.
- Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.
Position Requirements
- *Educational Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from a recognised university.
- *Technical Competencies*
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of financial products (mutual funds, advisory, brokerage) and the UAE regulatory environment is an advantage.

- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- *Work Experience*
- 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within financial services, asset management, or professional services.
- Demonstrable experience managing digital campaigns and producing marketing collateral end-to-end.
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within the UAE for events and site coordination is an advantage.
