Overview
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing modes to generate qualified leads and pipeline for our IT infrastructure solutions (e.g., cloud services, data centers, cybersecurity, networking).
- Generate and manage IT infrastructure Leads from initiation to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and closure, while ensuring adherence to budgets, and quality standards.
- Work closely with the tech team to ensure marketing efforts align with technical objectives, track lead quality, and manage the handoff of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the technical pipeline.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and new opportunities to position company offerings effectively in the Riyadh market.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide actionable insights and reports to management.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities, webinars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Work closely with the sales team, product development team, designers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that align with business goals.Localization: Ensure all messaging and campaigns are culturally relevant and resonant for the local Saudi Arabian audience.
