We are looking for a creative and motivated
Marketing Executive
to join our team.
As a fresh graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital media and campaign execution.
This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels
- Work with the team to understand campaign goals and target audiences
- Assist in setting up and managing ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Write simple ad copy and coordinate with the team for visuals
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest small improvements
- Gain hands-on experience in tracking ads using tags and conversion tools
- Learn how to segment audiences and use retargeting strategies
- Assist in budget management and tracking ad spend
- Collect and organize campaign data
- Assist in preparing basic reports with key insights for the team
- Stay updated with industry trends, marketing best practices, and new digital tools
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
- Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, or similar platforms are a plus
Competencies
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and work well in a team
- Confidence and resilience to adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Openness to different cultural perspectives while maintaining professionalism
- Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
- Creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to improve
