Marketing Executive – Graphics

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update corporate websites for the company and associated businesses, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor website performance and analytics, providing reports and recommendations for improvements to the Group Marketing Director.
• Develop creative artwork and layouts that maintain a consistent corporate identity across all communication channels.
• Design and produce professional marketing materials for both digital and print platforms, including advertisements, brochures, banners, posters, flyers, catalogues, letterheads, business cards and newsletters.
• Assist in the design and production of product catalogues.
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms and contribute ideas for content planning and scheduling.
• Ensure social media channels remain current, visually appealing, and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Design and distribute email marketing campaigns to customers and business partners.
• Support wider marketing initiatives and campaigns as required by the department.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, branding guidelines, Health & Safety regulations, and Quality & Environmental standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to the role.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar graphic design or marketing role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects or Premier.
• Experience in managing and updating business websites.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, email marketing campaigns, and online content creation.
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design, layout, and branding consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable team player.
