About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to manage and grow our e-commerce platform for food products.
The role involves digital marketing, campaign execution, online sales growth, and brand positioning in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce operations, food/FMCG marketing, and performance-driven digital campaigns.
E-commerce Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website (product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination)
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and SEO optimization
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing)
- Manage paid campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, traffic, and customer acquisition
- Coordinate seasonal promotions (Ramadan, festive offers, bulk deals)
Content & Branding
- Develop engaging content for website, social media, and email campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms
- Work with designers for banners, creatives, and product visuals
Marketplace & Online Sales
- Manage listings on online marketplaces (if applicable)
- Coordinate with operations team for timely delivery and order fulfillment
- Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to improve offerings
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, CAC, and ROI
- Use tools like Google Analytics to generate insights
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Customer Engagement
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and queries
- Improve customer experience and retention strategies
- Implement loyalty programs and email marketing campaigns
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (preferably in food/FMCG in UAE)
- Strong understanding of UAE online consumer behavior and food market trends
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
