We’re Hiring \| Brand & Marketing Executive – UAE
A fast-growing UAE-based trading & distribution company specialized in premium consumer products is looking for a talented Brand & Marketing Executive to join its team.
We are looking for someone creative, organized, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong passion for branding, content creation, and consumer trends across the UAE/GCC market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building brands, managing social media, working on product launches, collaborating with influencers, and bringing marketing ideas to life through events and activations.
📍 Location: Dubai
🔹 Brand & Product Marketing
- Support brand development and product positioning strategies
- Create engaging product messaging, storytelling, and marketing assets
- Coordinate packaging, product visuals, brochures, catalogs, and sales presentations
- Ensure strong brand consistency across digital, retail, and event channels
🔹 Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
- Monitor trends across wellness, coffee, food, lifestyle, and consumer goods sectors
- Analyze content performance and suggest creative improvements
🔹 Influencer Marketing, PR & Partnerships
- Identify relevant local influencers and brand partners
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, gifting, and PR outreach
- Manage briefs, follow-ups, product seeding, and content delivery
- Support brand visibility and awareness across the UAE/GCC market
🔹 Events & Brand Activations
- Assist in organizing product launches, campaigns, and brand events
- Coordinate suppliers, venues, invitations, influencer presence, and event content
- Ensure all activations reflect the brand image and deliver strong visibility
- Help generate engaging content, leads, and community engagement from each event
🔹 Sales & Distribution Marketing Support
- Prepare marketing materials for retailers and distribution partners
- Adapt product assets for Amazon, Noon, Shopify, retail stores, and wholesale channels
- Support online and in-store product launches
- Gather market feedback and contribute to improving product presentation and positioning
• Profile We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in branding, marketing, and consumer products
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or FMCG/lifestyle brands is a plus
