About This Role
Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Executive to join our B2B marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who understands business-to-business marketing concepts and is eager to grow in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Assist in creating marketing content — brochures, emailers, LinkedIn posts, presentations, and case studies
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence and other B2B-relevant social media platforms
- Help generate and track leads through email campaigns, CRM tools, and digital advertising
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events
- Support the sales team with pitch decks, product sheets, and proposal materials
- Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and target client segments
- Maintain and update the company website and marketing databases
- Prepare basic performance reports on campaign reach, engagement, and lead metrics
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 year of experience — fresh graduates with B2B marketing internship or project exposure are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing concepts — how businesses market to other businesses
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing tools, and Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office — PowerPoint and Excel in particular
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment
