About This Role
Overview
MindFuel Training on the Development of Personal Competencies is hiring a Marketing Executive responsible for generating student leads, promoting training programs, increasing brand visibility, and converting inquiries into enrollments through ethical, transparent, and compliant marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified student leads through online and offline channels
- Follow up on inquiries from WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, website, and walk-ins
- Schedule student orientations and coordinate with the Training Coordinator
- Maintain accurate lead and enrollment records
- Manage daily social media postings
- Create promotional content using approved templates and brand guidelines
- Assist in video, image, flyer, brochure, poster, and digital ad promotions
- Support marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and events
- Collect student feedback and testimonials
- Use official company accounts only for business communication
- Submit daily and weekly marketing reports
- Track leads, orientations, and enrollment conversion
- Coordinate with Admin, Quality Officer, and Academic Team
- Report irregularities or suspicious activities
Compliance Requirements
- Must follow MindFuel policies, ACTVET requirements, and UAE regulations
- Must not misrepresent certifications or employment guarantees
- Must not use personal accounts for official business
- Must not receive or handle student payments personally
- Must protect student and company data
KPIs
- Lead generation numbers
- Orientation attendance
- Enrollment conversion rate
- Compliance with company policies
Working Conditions
- Office-based with field marketing activities
- May require weekend or evening work during promotions
- Must use official MindFuel Training communication channels
