Job Description: Marketing Executive – Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives for our retail and distribution operations in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in brand promotion, campaign execution, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, offers, and brand visibility
- Coordinate with retail outlets and sales teams to implement in-store promotions and activations
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor performance
- Assist in organizing events, product launches, and promotional activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with UAE regulations and company guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or beverages industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and creative skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in alcoholic beverages or hospitality sector is an advantage
- Knowledge of UAE market trends and consumer behavior
- Basic skills in photography, videography, or content creation.
