Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve quarterly growth targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and effective content for various digital platforms.
- Manage the organization?s social media engagement to reinforce brand presence.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure visual coherence across marketing materials.
- Track and report on key performance indicators for all marketing initiatives.
- Develop relationships with external agencies to support marketing collaboration efforts.
- Provide input and support on public relations strategies and media outreach activities.
- Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities to deliver competitive marketing strategies on time.
- Continuously update and improve marketing processes based on industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a marketing role necessary.
- Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and initiatives effectively.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and tactics required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret and present complex data.
- Proficiency in using marketing software platforms and analytics tools expected.
