About the Role
The Marketing Director will be responsible for shaping and delivering the overall marketing vision, ensuring strong brand positioning and consistent engagement across all channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a highly creative yet commercially driven marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-funnel marketing strategies across digital, social, and offline platforms
- Strengthen and maintain brand identity across all customer touchpoints
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, partnerships, and activations
- Oversee social media strategy, content development, and influencer collaborations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact initiatives
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data and insights
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and resource allocation
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving consumer behavior
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- 5 - 8+ years of marketing experience within consumer-focused industries
- Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer strategy, and content development
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
