Role overview

Technical skills and experience

• At least five years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design, visual communications, multimedia production, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, branding, and content creation.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate visual communications.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, composition, information design, visual hierarchy, and brand management.
• Experience creating social media content, presentations, brochures, digital campaigns, event materials, videos, and photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in video production, editing, motion graphics, photography, image retouching, and digital content creation.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and create engaging content; strong attention to detail, quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills in English.
• Experience collaborating with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders; ability to manage projects and deadlines.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential, sensitive, or security-related information.

Preferred qualifications

• A master's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related creative field is preferred.
• Experience in complex B2B, technology, engineering, research, or innovation-focused environments is preferred.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping, user experience, content strategy, and digital engagement is preferred.
• Experience supporting exhibitions, conferences, demonstrations, trade shows, and corporate events is preferred.
• Knowledge of presentation design, animation, motion graphics, 2D/3D visualization, web content management systems, and emerging creative technologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools, generative content platforms, and modern digital content workflows is preferred.
