About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of strategic client relationships across Saudi Arabia.
• Build connections across client organizations to foster deeper partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to grow Halian’s presence within existing accounts.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business, technology landscape, upcoming projects, and workforce plans.
• Act as a trusted partner, identifying where Halian can provide additional recruitment and workforce solutions.
• Develop and grow existing high-value accounts into long-term partnerships.
• Candidate Profile
• We are looking for a professional with experience in client management, recruitment, contract staffing, outsourcing, or workforce solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine enjoyment for building and developing client relationships.

• Commercially minded with the ability to spot opportunities for expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Confident in engaging stakeholders at various levels within client organizations.
