Role overview

Role work

• Create marketing assets including social media content, presentations, brochures, digital campaigns, event materials, videos, and photography.
• Translate complex information into clear visual communications for appropriate audiences.
• Produce video, editing, motion graphics, photography, image retouching, and digital content.
• Follow brand guidelines while creating engaging and distinctive content.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders; manage projects and deadlines.

Technical skills and experience

• At least five years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design, visual communications, multimedia production, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, branding, and content creation.
• Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, composition, information design, visual hierarchy, and brand management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with video production, editing, motion graphics, photography, image retouching, and digital content creation.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, consistency, and accuracy; sound judgment with confidential, sensitive, or security-related information.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Film Production, Photography, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience in complex B2B, technology, engineering, research, or innovation-focused environments.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping, user experience principles, content strategy, and digital engagement.
• Experience supporting exhibitions, conferences, demonstrations, trade shows, and corporate events.
• Knowledge of presentation design, animation, motion graphics, 2D/3D visualization, web content management systems, and emerging creative technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools, generative content platforms, and modern digital content production workflows.
