- Mandatory 3 years of experience in database operations, CRM operations, marketing operations, or data administration.

- Good understanding of data quality and database management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet defined SLAs.
- Good Excel skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and automation techniques.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com / Demandtool and Marketo.
- Previous experience in database operations, data quality, or data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with data enrichment or validation tools is desirable.
- Knowledge of Python/Pandas,QlikSense or automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify data issues and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to complete data enrichment and operational requests quickly and accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
