Role Overview

Marketing Data Operations

• Process new inbound records accurately within a 24-hour window.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, invalid, or non-compliant records.
• Validate company size, revenue, industry segment, and other key fields for targeted campaigns.
• Provide data analysis, reporting, and operational support to the wider marketing organization.

Automation and Systems

• Use Python, SQL, Power Automate, and other tools to automate repetitive data processes.
• Investigate synchronization issues and resolve integration problems between marketing systems.
• Work with Salesforce, Marketo, DemandTools, enrichment tools, and related platforms.

Governance and Quality

• Contribute to database governance, data capture rules, enrichment practices, and global best practices.
• Maintain accurate, trusted data for marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple priorities independently while meeting defined service-level agreements.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in database operations, CRM operations, marketing operations, or data administration.
• Strong understanding of data quality and database management.
• Good Excel skills, strong Microsoft Office knowledge, and basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, DemandTools, and Marketo.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data enrichment or validation tools is desirable.
• Knowledge of Python/Pandas, Qlik Sense, or automation tools is advantageous.
