Position: Marketing Coordinator

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Adapt and localize marketing materials received from international suppliers and brand principals for the UAE and GCC markets.
• Write captions, product highlights, promotional content, and social media posts.
• Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.
• Support the creation and editing of simple marketing materials such as social media posts, web banners, promotional visuals, and email marketing assets using Photoshop, Canva or similar tools when required.
• Coordinate with external designers, agencies, suppliers, and retailers to obtain and implement approved marketing materials.
• Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of campaigns including web banners, landing pages, brand store pages, emailers, and notifications.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors for artwork development and implementation.
• Coordinate campaign assets with suppliers, retailers, sales teams, and external vendors.
• Support the execution of retailer promotions, online campaigns, sponsorships, and marketing events.
• Coordinate artwork approvals and ensure marketing materials are delivered on time.

Retail Marketing & Brand Visibility

• Coordinate in-store branding activities including POSM, standees, displays, signage, and promotional materials.
• Liaise with retailers regarding branding requirements and ensure timely execution.
• Visit retail stores periodically to monitor brand visibility, competitor activities, and identify branding opportunities.
• Explore opportunities for window branding, mall activations, and offline promotional visibility.
• Coordinate with retail partners for joint campaigns, sponsorships, and marketing events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share insights with the team.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain marketing asset libraries and campaign records.
• Prepare marketing presentations, reports, and campaign summaries.
• Support the Brand team with day-to-day marketing activities and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, campaign coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content planning, digital marketing, and retail promotions.
• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools to create simple marketing materials and edit content when required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Experience in baby, nursery, toy, retail, FMCG, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
