Position: Brand Manager

Brand Planning & Supplier Coordination

• Manage brand forecasting, purchase planning, and inventory monitoring in coordination with internal teams.
• Prepare monthly purchase forecasts and replenishment plans based on sales trends and business requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory ageing, and sell-through performance to ensure healthy inventory management.
• Coordinate with suppliers on product launches, marketing initiatives, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Track brand performance and develop action plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Prepare brand performance reviews and business updates for management and brand partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support long-term brand growth and business objectives.

Sales Support & Business Development

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Support retailer meetings, product listings, promotions, and business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to grow distribution, improve product visibility, and increase market share.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Brand Management & Marketing

• Develop and execute brand plans aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all channels.
• Coordinate the implementation of marketing materials and retail branding activities.

Product Training & Retail Support

• Conduct product training sessions for internal sales teams and retail partners.
• Develop product presentations, training materials, and product knowledge guides.
• Support product launches and retailer engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, category management, product training, or related functions within the Baby, Nursery, Toy, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Retail industries.
• Strong understanding of brand management, forecasting, inventory planning, and retail execution.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and product launches.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with retailers, distributors, and international brand principals will be an advantage.
