Role overview

Content and social media

• Create, adapt, and schedule social content; manage content calendars and deliver posts and campaigns on time.
• Write captions, product highlights, promotional content, and other marketing copy; localize international brand materials for the UAE and GCC.
• Create and edit social posts, web banners, promotional visuals, email assets, and other materials using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
• Monitor social performance, engagement, and competitors, and suggest improvements.

Campaign coordination

• Assist with campaigns across digital, e-commerce, and retail channels, coordinating banners, brand pages, landing pages, emailers, notifications, and promotional assets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and brand principals to obtain approved materials, product images, videos, and campaign assets.
• Work with internal teams, retailers, designers, and vendors; coordinate artwork development, approvals, revisions, and implementation.
• Support product launches, promotions, sponsorships, activations, and other marketing initiatives.

Retail and administration

• Coordinate in-store branding, POSM, standees, displays, signage, and other retail requirements; liaise with retailers on branding opportunities.
• Visit retail stores across the UAE to review displays, POSM, product visibility, and competitor activity; identify ways to improve brand visibility.
• Explore window branding, mall activations, promotional spaces, and joint marketing with retail partners.
• Maintain asset libraries, campaign calendars, trackers, and activity records; prepare presentations, reports, and activity summaries.
• Coordinate day-to-day requirements with Brand and Sales teams and meet agreed deadlines.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of full-time, hands-on marketing experience, including social media, content creation, and campaign coordination.
• Experience personally creating or editing basic marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, digital marketing, content planning, and retail promotions.
• Ability to write clear, engaging marketing content in English and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in Baby, Nursery, Toys, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods is advantageous.
• Experience with UAE retailers, e-commerce platforms, or international brands is an added advantage.
• Candidates must be comfortable visiting retail stores across the UAE when required.

• A portfolio or link to relevant work samples is required; applicants should clarify their personal contribution. Applications without relevant samples may not be considered.
• Shortlisted candidates may complete a practical marketing exercise during the interview.

Work location

• The office is in Garhoud, Dubai, and the stated work location is in person.

Compensation and employment

• Pay is listed as up to AED 4,000 per month.
