Full-time Director role providing strategic leadership across service areas and managing cross-functional teams.
Responsible for digital transformation project delivery, technology solution alignment, portfolio oversight, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead service areas and multidisciplinary teams and drive successful delivery of client digital transformation projects.
- Oversee project portfolios and align technology solutions with client business objectives while maintaining quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Guide solution architecture and mentor senior managers and technical leads.
- Work with sales and presales teams on proposals and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Set performance goals, optimize processes, and foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience in IT consulting or technology services, including multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
- Expertise in one or more of application development, cloud/DevOps, data engineering and analytics, automation, or data science (AI/ML/NLP).
- Ability to define and execute strategy, manage portfolios and budgets, drive operational excellence, and improve processes.
- Client-facing experience understanding business needs, shaping solutions, negotiating scope, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
- Background in agile methodologies and modern software delivery; familiarity with emerging technologies and market trends.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building high-performing teams, mentoring talent, and promoting an inclusive, non-discriminatory environment.
Workplace and Travel
- Role is described as on-site in Hyderabad with occasional travel for client engagements.
