Marketing & Content Lead (Education / Kids Innovation Center)
About This Role
We are an innovation center offering afterschool programs for kids aged 6–18, focused on creativity, problem-solving, and future skills.
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Lead who can take full ownership of our digital presence and drive student registrations.
What You’ll Own
- Manage and grow our presence on:
◦ Instagram (primary)
◦ X
◦ TikTok
- Plan and execute weekly content
- Film and capture content during sessions (kids, projects, environment)
- Edit and publish reels and posts consistently
- Turn real classroom moments into engaging content
- Write clear, simple, and compelling captions
- Highlight programs, age groups, and registration periods
- Work with an ads specialist to support campaigns
- Track basic performance (what works / what doesn’t)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong content creation skills (video-first mindset)
- Experience with Instagram & TikTok (reels, trends, storytelling)
- Ability to film and edit using mobile or camera
- Someone proactive and organized (not waiting for instructions)
- Comfortable working around kids and capturing authentic moments
- Understands how to communicate with target audiences
- Basic understanding of ads and performance tracking
- Arabic & English content writing
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent posting (4–5 times/week)
- Increase in inquiries through Instagram & WhatsApp
- Increase in reach and following
- Increase in program registrations
- Clear and engaging presentation of programs
- Content that reflects real impact and experience
Structure
- Reports directly to Center manager (weekly check-ins)
- Works with freelance ads specialist
Type
- Full-time or strong part-time (depending on experience)
- Based in Riyadh
Work Location: In person
