About the Role: We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to manage and execute our digital marketing activities.
This role is ideal for someone who can create engaging content, manage social media, and produce high-quality visual content including photos and videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts across platforms
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (captions, posts, campaigns)
- Capture photos and videos for marketing and social media use
- Edit and produce video content (reels, short videos, promotional clips)
- Design basic visuals for social media and marketing materials
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Good sense of design and visual storytelling
- Experience in photography and videography
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
- Experience managing social media platforms professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Strong creative direction and storytelling skills
- Understanding of branding and audience targeting
