About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead and elevate our brand presence at YOUGotaGift . This role is critical in shaping our messaging, driving engagement, launching impactful campaigns, and strengthening our market positioning regionally, with a strong focus on KSA and UAE .

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, a strong communicator, and a strategic thinker with deep expertise in content marketing, PR, and campaign execution . This role requires someone who can craft compelling narratives, build strong media relationships, and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 1. Communications & PR

● Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with business objectives.

● Lead public relations efforts , managing media relationships and securing high-impact coverage.

● Craft compelling narratives that enhance brand perception and thought leadership .

● Serve as the brand’s voice, ensuring consistency in messaging across all communications.

2. Content Marketing & Creativity

● Oversee the development of engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms (website, blog, social media, email, etc.).

● Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials.

● Drive creative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and differentiate YOUGotaGift in the market.

3. Brand Positioning & Messaging

● Define and refine brand positioning, voice, and messaging to reinforce YOUGotaGift’s leadership in digital gifting.

● Conduct market research to understand customer insights, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

● Work cross-functionally to ensure branding aligns with product development, sales, and corporate strategy .

4. Campaigns & Digital Marketing

● Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

● Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns and content distribution.

● Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign success and optimize future efforts.

5. Event Management & Sponsorships

● Lead the planning and execution of key industry events, sponsorships, and brand activations .

● Represent YOUGotaGift at industry forums, conferences, and PR events to position the brand as a leader in digital gifting.

Key Qualifications:

● 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR, content marketing, or a related field.

● Proven track record in brand storytelling, campaign management, and media relations .

● Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agencies.

● Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills .

● Proficiency in PR platforms, content marketing and digital marketing tools.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

● Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
