Job Summary
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press;
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, artwork, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
- writing and proofreading;
- liaising with designers and printers;
- organizing photo shoots;
- liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders;
- arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
- organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
- contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
- Liaise with event organisers and ensure a smooth participation at planned events. Conceive and develop newsletters to target specific segments.
- Social Media updates, manage and update the company website.
Requirements
- Bilingual Female is preferred: English/Arabic speaking
- Self motivated & independent.
- Should have knowledge of Photoshop & related softwares and proficient in MS Office Applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Good presentation, written & communication skills
