About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing & Brand Director to lead our global marketing, branding, communications, and growth initiatives.

This role will be responsible for building a powerful brand presence, driving audience growth, creating high-impact marketing campaigns, and positioning the company as a category leader within its industry.

The ideal candidate combines brand strategy, digital marketing expertise, content leadership, and performance-driven growth execution.

They should be equally comfortable developing long-term brand positioning and executing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop and execute the company's overall brand strategy and positioning.

Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.

Create brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and communication standards.

Ensure all content, campaigns, and communications align with the company's vision and objectives.

Continuously strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and market authority.

Marketing Leadership

Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, content, PR, partnerships, and events.

Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Identify new opportunities to expand audience reach and market penetration.

Manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.

Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

Content & Media Strategy

Lead content strategy across websites, newsletters, social media, podcasts, video channels, and media platforms.

Collaborate with content, creative, and production teams to create compelling narratives and campaigns.

Ensure content aligns with audience interests, business goals, and brand positioning.

Develop thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an industry authority.

Digital Growth & Performance Marketing

Oversee SEO, paid advertising, social media growth, email marketing, and audience acquisition initiatives.

Monitor key performance metrics including traffic, engagement, conversions, lead generation, and customer acquisition costs.

Drive continuous optimization through testing, analytics, and experimentation.

Implement marketing automation and AI-driven marketing workflows where appropriate.

Public Relations & Communications

Develop strategic communication plans to strengthen market presence.

Manage media relations, press announcements, and industry partnerships.

Identify speaking opportunities, industry events, and thought leadership platforms.

Protect and enhance the company's reputation through effective communications.

Team Leadership

Build, lead, and mentor high-performing marketing, content, creative, and communications teams.

Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and accountability structures.

Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, and performance.

Manage external agencies, freelancers, and strategic partners when required.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities.

Translate market insights into actionable marketing and branding strategies.

Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives to leadership.

Essential Qualifications

6-8+ years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or growth leadership roles.

Proven experience developing and scaling successful brand and marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.

Experience managing marketing budgets and cross-functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in technology, AI, robotics, automation, SaaS, media, or high-growth startup environments.

Experience building global brands and international marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics systems.

Experience working with media, content, and audience growth strategies.
