We are building Robotics platform to become the undisputed global leader in robotics news and robotics market intelligence.
Our ambition is to become the global reference point for robotics news, robot launches, manufacturer updates, real-world deployments, robotics events, market data, price trends and public understanding of the robot era.
When people want to know what is happening in robotics, they should think of our organisation first.
This is not a short-term content campaign.
This is the foundation of a global robotics media authority designed to dominate the category for the next ten years.
The Mission
Our organisation does not only want to speak to robotics experts, manufacturers, engineers and industry insiders.
Our social media channels must reach the global public.
Robots will affect jobs, homes, hotels, warehouses, healthcare, elderly care, security, education, factories, restaurants and daily life.
These are not only technical topics.
These are human topics.
We want our robotic content to make hundreds of millions of people worldwide stop, watch, think, comment, share and follow.
Your mission is to help turn robotics into global mainstream attention.
We want to make the robot era understandable, emotional, viral and impossible to ignore.
Global Correspondent Network
We are building a worldwide correspondent network with fixed reporting teams across all major continents and robotics markets.
The goal is to build approximately 20 teams worldwide.
These teams will report from robotics events, factories, showrooms, product launches, demonstrations, trade fairs, conferences and important industry locations.
They will visit manufacturers, cover new robot releases, ask direct questions, record interviews and capture real footage from the robotics world.
This gives us something most robotics content pages do not have:
real presence
real footage
real interviews
real field reporting
real market access
real data collection
The Role
We are looking for a:
Head of Social Dominance & Viral Growth
to help build the robotic platform into the fastest-growing robotics media brand worldwide.
This is not a normal social media manager role.
You will not simply manage posts.
You will build the viral content engine.
You will decide which formats we test, which hooks we use, which stories we scale, which clips become Shorts, which AI videos we create, which carousel formats we publish, which creators we collaborate with and how we turn attention into authority.
What You Will Do
You will build the Robotic platform viral growth system across:
other relevant platforms
You will turn correspondent footage from events, factories, interviews and robot demos into high-retention short-form content.
You will also create formats that do not depend only on our own footage, including:
AI-generated concept videos
photo carousels
shock/future scenarios
robot job-disruption explainers
reaction videos
interview snippets
price comparison content
ranking videos
market maps
robot fear/opportunity narratives
Robby mascot formats
trend-jacking formats
creator collaboration formats
You will create the Robotic format library.
You will define hooks, pacing, captions, titles, cover frames, thumbnails, cuts, loops and comment triggers.
You will brief scriptwriters, AI producers, video editors, designers and distribution managers.
You will work closely with the newsroom, robotics research team, correspondent teams and analytics lead.
You will define what gets tested, what gets stopped and what gets scaled.
Content Angles
We want content that makes robotics relevant to everyone.
Possible angles include:
Which jobs could robots change first?
Why hotels may start testing robots.
Why warehouses may adopt robots faster than homes.
What humanoid robots can actually do today.
What robot companies do not say clearly enough.
What happens when robots become cheaper.
Why service robots may appear before household robots.
What robots could mean for elderly care.
Why some robots are impressive but not useful yet.
Which countries may adopt robots fastest.
Which robot videos are real and which are misleading.
What a robot really costs.
Why some people are excited about robots.
Why some people are afraid of robots.
The tone can be emotional, surprising, provocative and viral — but it must remain credible.
The Robotic platform should create curiosity, debate and mass attention without becoming fake, manipulative or unserious.

Required Experience
You must be able to show concrete examples of content you helped grow.
We want to see:
videos with 1M+ views
accounts you helped scale
formats you created
hooks you wrote
retention strategies you used
paid/organic growth systems you built
examples of fast testing and scaling
evidence that you understand how social platforms actually work
You should be able to explain why a video worked.
Not just that it worked.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form video platforms
Strong hook-writing ability
Strong sense for viral content mechanics
Strong understanding of retention and watch time
Strong understanding of paid + organic social growth
Ability to lead editors, producers and designers
Ability to turn raw footage into high-performing concepts
Ability to use AI tools for content creation and ideation
Ability to build repeatable formats, not only one-off videos
Ability to work fast and test aggressively
Ability to read analytics and make decisions from data
Ability to balance viral reach with brand trust
Strong English communication skills

90-day intensive setup mandate

Hybrid model with base compensation and performance upside

Test Assignment
Before final engagement, we may ask for a paid 48-hour strategy test.
You will receive robotics raw footage, robot news items, product images, market data points, AI content prompts and brand context.
