Robot24 is building an Al-native media operating system focused entirely on robotics, automation and artificial intelligence.
Creating great content is only half the challenge.
The other half is making sure the right people see it.
We are looking for a Distribution & Community Lead who can help Robot24 reach, engage and grow audiences across multiple platforms while building one of the most valuable communities in robotics.
The Opportunity
You will become the distribution engine behind the Robot24 ecosystem.
Your role is to ensure that every piece of content reaches the right audience, performs at its highest potential and contributes to long-term community growth.
You will help shape how Robot24 engages with founders, engineers, investors, researchers and robotics enthusiasts around the world.
What You'll Do
*** Manage content distribution across all platforms**
*** Schedule and publish content**
*** Optimize content performance**
*** Manage audience engagement and community interactions**
*** Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes**
*** Identify distribution opportunities**
*** Build relationships with creators and communities**
*** Support audience growth initiatives**
*** Collect community feedback and audience insights**
*** Help expand Robot24's global reach**
What We're Looking For
You are deeply familiar with modern social platforms and online communities.
You understand how audiences behave, how communities grow and how content spreads.
You actively use and understand platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit and Discord.
You likely have experience in:
*** Social Media Management**
*** Community Building**
*** Content Distribution**
*** Audience Growth**
*** Creator Partnerships**
*** Platform Operations**
*** Community Management**
*** AI Workflows**
You are highly organized, proactive and data driven.
You enjoy building relationships and creating meaningful audience engagement.

Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, X, Reddit, Discord, ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier and AI Agents.
