About This Role

Description

As a Marketing Automation Manager and customer journey manager you will be pivotal in refining our clients' journey, leveraging marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Your role

will focus on the strategic use of automation and customer engagement technology to deliver personalized client experiences, driving loyalty and contributing to our business growth.

1. Strategize and Implement Marketing Automation

· Design and manage marketing automation strategies using advanced digital marketing and customer engagement platforms.

· Develop, execute, and monitor automated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our firm's goals.

· Optimize journey-campaign performance to achieve efficiency and strong ROI.

2. Manage Customer Journey

· Analyse and optimize the post-acquisition customer journey for our users and clients.

· Create targeted communication flows to enhance customer experience and retention.

· Collaborate with various teams to ensure an integrated customer experience.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting

· Utilize analytics to assess campaign performance and customer engagement.

· Apply data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer journeys.

· Regularly report on strategy performance to senior management.

4. Collaboration and Coordination

· Liaise with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align on messaging and branding.

· Coordinate with technical teams for smooth integration and management of automation tools.

5. Innovation and Industry Compliance

· Keep abreast of the latest trends in marketing automation and financial services marketing.

· Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations.

· Drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing practices

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and digital marketing, preferably in the financial services or online trading sector.

· Proficient in using digital marketing, customer engagement, and automation tools.

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Experience in a regulated industry and understanding of compliance issues in financial services marketing.
