About This Role
Job Brief
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and continuously improving the marketing and lead generation activity for Luxury Escapes Real Estate, Travel, Vacation Homes and Contracting Business Units .
The role drives brand visibility, campaign execution, social media publishing, email newsletters, drip campaigns, WhatsApp/SMS outreach, hot properties campaigns, PPC activity, lead magnets, open houses, event sponsorships, content coordination, campaign reporting and marketing budget control.
The role works closely with each department leadership, admin and marketing teams, agents, market-tech, design, content creators, agencies and business services teams to ensure marketing activity is commercially focused, properly briefed, well executed and measured through clear performance dashboards.
Marketing Strategy, Planning & Budget
· Develop the real estate marketing strategy, quarterly campaign plan and monthly execution calendar aligned to sales priorities, listings, developer launches, landlord acquisition, buyer/tenant demand and revenue targets.
· Own and maintain the overall real estate marketing calendar, including social media, email campaigns, WhatsApp/SMS outreach, PPC, hot properties campaigns, podcasts, guides, articles, events, open houses and sponsorship activity.
· Define campaign objectives, target segments, channel mix, core messages, campaign mechanics, success measures, budget requirements and approval steps before campaign launch.
· Prepare, monitor and report on the real estate marketing budget, including paid media spend, agency costs, content production, designer support, open houses, sponsorships, lead magnets and campaign collateral.
Social Media Marketing & Social Management
· Plan, coordinate, execute and oversee the design direction of social media marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
· Manage the social media calendar in Zoho Social, including scheduling, publishing, campaign tagging, monitoring and reporting.
· Prepare content themes, captions, post briefs, video ideas, agent prompts and campaign messages that support listings, hot properties, market insights, developer activity, open houses, client success stories and lead generation.
· Coordinate with designers, content creators, videographers, agents and martech to ensure posts are visually strong, accurate, on-brand and published on time.
· Monitor engagement, follower growth, enquiry generation, audience behaviour and platform performance, then recommend content improvements.
Email Marketing, Newsletters & Campaigns
· Plan, design, coordinate and execute real estate email marketing activity, including newsletters, hot properties campaigns, landlord campaigns, buyer/tenant updates, investor communications and database reactivation campaigns.
· Build, schedule and run email campaigns and drip email journeys in Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp or similar, including segmentation, audience selection, campaign setup, testing, approvals, launch and reporting.
· Coordinate newsletter layout, campaign copy, property selections, calls to action, images and links, working with design/martech support where required.
· Track open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, enquiries, campaign contribution and lead follow-up outcomes.
PPC, Paid Media, Landing Pages & Lead Magnets
· Manage pay-per-click and paid advertising activity across Google, Meta and other approved channels.
· Establish campaign briefs covering audience, offer, budget, objectives, keywords/interests, creatives, landing page requirements, lead capture method, tracking and success measures.
· Coordinate campaign approvals, setup, beta testing, launch checks, UTM/source tracking, landing page testing and lead routing before campaigns go live.
· Work with martech and design resources to coordinate landing pages, lead magnets, forms, graphics, copy, tracking pixels and conversion flows.
· Monitor PPC price, cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, conversion rate, lead quality and budget utilisation, then adjust campaigns with the relevant stakeholders.
Lead Generation, Direct Outreach & Lead Nurture
· Plan, launch and monitor lead generation campaigns across social, PPC, email, WhatsApp, SMS, portals, landing pages, open houses, events, lead magnets and database reactivation activity.
· Set up and manage direct outreach campaigns, including SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, in line with consent, platform rules, brand standards and customer experience expectations.
· Build and improve lead nurturing journeys for new enquiries, unanswered leads, buyer/tenant searches, landlord prospects, open house attendees, hot properties interest and reactivation audiences.
· Coordinate with Real Estate leadership and agents to confirm campaign priorities, lead qualification criteria, target segments, expected response standards and follow-up responsibilities.
· Track lead volume, speed-to-lead, lead status movement, sales team feedback, appointment/viewing outcomes and conversion progress.
Content, Podcasts, Guides & Thought Leadership
· Coordinate the real estate content plan, including podcasts, guides, articles, market updates, listing features, developer spotlights, agent content and client education material.
· Prepare content briefs, campaign angles, interview topics, key messages and distribution plans for content-led lead generation.
· Ensure content supports the broader marketing calendar and can be repurposed across social media, newsletters, WhatsApp, PPC, landing pages and sales follow-up.
· Maintain a practical content library of reusable copy, captions, lead magnets, property highlights, FAQs and campaign assets.
Events, Sponsorships, Open Houses & Developer Activity
· Plan and coordinate marketing support for open houses, developer launches, roadshows, sponsorships and real estate events.
· Prepare event campaign plans covering invitation lists, messaging, social promotion, email/WhatsApp outreach, RSVP tracking, lead capture, budget, collateral and post-event follow-up.
· Coordinate with agents, developers, venues, designers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure event activity is well organised and commercially useful.
· Track attendance, leads captured, cost per lead, agent follow-up and post-event conversion outcomes.
CRM, Automations & Marketing Operations
· Use Zoho CRM, Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns and related tools to support campaign execution, lead source tracking, campaign attribution, segmentation, automated follow-up and performance reporting.
· Work with CRM users to improve accuracy of lead source, campaign source, lead status, activity updates, qualification data and campaign feedback.
· Identify, document and coordinate automations that improve speed-to-lead, unanswered lead follow-up, campaign reminders, review requests, database nurturing, event reminders and agent follow-up prompts.
· Coordinate with martech to ensure forms, landing pages, campaign tracking, lead routing and integrations are functioning correctly.
Performance Dashboard, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
· Manage the marketing objectives and goals, coordinating a performance dashboard that shows lead volume, qualified leads, lead success rate, campaign source performance, PPC price, cost per lead, conversion rates and campaign ROI indicators.
· Report on the results of campaigns and initiatives, including email performance, WhatsApp/SMS performance, paid advertising, open houses, sponsorships, content campaigns and social media growth.
· Track changes and statistics relating to social following, reach, engagement, enquiry generation and audience growth across platforms.
· Review competitor activity, market trends, developer campaigns, customer behaviour and campaign results to identify improvements to positioning and lead generation.
· Quality-check campaign briefs, copy, landing pages, forms, WhatsApp/SMS messages, emails and published content for accuracy, clarity, compliance, brand alignment and customer experience.

and Abilities
· Real estate marketing knowledge across sales, leasing, off-plan, developer campaigns, landlord acquisition, open houses, roadshows, property portals and lead generation.
· Strong campaign planning capability, including audience segmentation, messaging, channel selection, offer development, budget planning and performance measurement.
· Hands-on social media management experience across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, including scheduling and reporting through tools such as Zoho Social.
· Practical knowledge of Zoho Campaigns, MailChimp, email newsletters, drip campaigns, customer segmentation, email testing and campaign reporting.
· Strong understanding of PPC campaign management across Meta and Google, including campaign briefs, approvals, testing, lead capture, tracking and performance review.
· Ability to coordinate landing pages, lead magnets, forms, campaign assets and tracking with martech/design resources.
· Strong copywriting ability for captions, email campaigns, WhatsApp/SMS sequences, campaign messages, landing page copy, lead magnets and content briefs.
· Ability to interpret marketing data and translate it into clear actions for lead generation, conversion improvement and budget control.
· Strong project management, stakeholder management, budget management and vendor/agency coordination skills.
