Job Summary

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives and growth targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and positioning strategies within the contracting and development sector
• Set and track marketing KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management
• Support the business development team by preparing marketing materials for tenders, proposals, and client presentations.

Content Creation & Design

• Design high-quality visual content including brochures, company profiles, project portfolios, banners, signage, and presentation decks
• Create engaging social media graphics, motion graphics, and promotional materials for both digital and print use
• Develop visual documentation of ongoing and completed projects (photography and videography coordination)
• Edit and produce short video content showcasing projects, company capabilities, and team highlights
• Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and reflect the company's professional image

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar with consistent posting and engagement
• Write compelling captions, articles, and post copy in both Arabic and English
• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance insights
• Run and manage targeted paid advertising campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads) when required

Brand Management

• Maintain and enforce brand identity guidelines across all internal and external communications
• Oversee the development and regular updating of the company website, ensuring content is current and professionally presented
• Manage and update the company's digital presence on directories, platforms, and industry listings
• Design and produce corporate gifts, uniforms branding, vehicle wraps, and on-site signage as needed

Client & Public Relations Support

• Assist in organizing and promoting company events, exhibitions, and conferences
• Coordinate with clients and partners to produce joint marketing content and success stories
• Draft press releases and media communications to highlight major project milestones and company achievements
• Build relationships with media outlets, photographers, and creative vendors

Internal Coordination

• Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to gather technical information and translate it into marketing content
• Coordinate with external agencies, printing houses, and media production teams
• Maintain an organized archive of all marketing assets, project photos, and design files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field
• **5–7 years of experience in marketing and/or graphic design, with proven experience in the real estate, development or contracting sector (mandatory)**
• Strong understanding of the construction and contracting industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Experience with content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with video editing and photography is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skill
