✨ Role Overview
The Investors Club Director is responsible for leading, operating, and managing the entire Investors Club ecosystem, including overseeing recurring investment forums and networking evenings, attracting investors and entrepreneurs, and building a high-value strategic network of relationships.
The primary objective of this role is to create strategic partnerships and high-quality investment opportunities that contribute to securing equity stakes and distinguished ventures registered under Vibes Holding, supporting the company’s vision of acquiring 100 equity stakes in 100 companies before 2030.
This position is considered one of the most critical and influential roles within the Vibes Holding ecosystem, as it plays a central role in driving investment activity within the club and transforming forums and events into active platforms for partnerships, investment rounds, and deal closures.

📌 Key Responsibilities
First: 🏛️ Investors Club Management & Operations
Fully oversee the operation and management of the Investors Club.
Develop internal operational systems and governance frameworks.
Manage memberships and maintain ongoing communication with investors and members.
Increase engagement within the club both physically and online while building an active investment community.
Develop initiatives, programs, and networking evenings that support the club’s objectives.

Second: 🎤 Investment Forum & Event Management
Plan and fully supervise investment forums and networking events.
Schedule events and manage the annual calendar of forums and gatherings.
Coordinate with entrepreneurs, investors, and speakers.
Manage all operational and organizational details, attendance, partnerships, and hospitality arrangements for each forum.
Ensure all events are executed with a high level of professionalism and quality.
Follow up on the outcomes of each forum and convert them into real partnerships and investment opportunities.

Third: 🤝 Investor Acquisition & Relationship Building
Attract new investors to the club through professional and personal relationships.
Utilize LinkedIn professionally to connect with investors and decision-makers.
Build strong relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, family businesses, and investment funds.
Activate and strengthen existing relationships to generate investment opportunities and partnerships.
Represent the club in meetings, forums, and relevant business events.

Fourth: 📈 Investment Opportunities & Equity Management
Contribute to sourcing investment-ready projects and opportunities.
Create investment deals and equity opportunities through the club’s forums and gatherings.
Professionally connect investors with entrepreneurs.
Follow up on negotiation stages and partnership completion until Vibes Holding is officially listed within the commercial registrations of approved companies.
Present high-quality opportunities aligned with Vibes Holding’s strategic direction.
Contribute to developing and utilizing Vibes Holding’s project bank.

Fifth: 📣 Marketing & Development
Strengthen the club’s media and digital presence.
Contribute to creating investment and promotional content for the forums.
Propose innovative ideas to increase attendance, influence, and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and finance teams to strengthen the club’s brand identity.

Sixth: 📊 Reporting & Executive Management
Prepare periodic reports covering:
Growth in the number of acquired investors.
Generated investment opportunities.
Completed equity partnerships and deals.
Performance of forums and events.
Expansion and growth indicators.
Recommendations and reports submitted to executive management.
Monitoring KPIs and achieving operational and investment objectives.

🎯 Required Skills
Strong leadership personality with high-level public relations capabilities.
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience
in managing investment forums and business events.
Solid understanding of venture capital, partnerships, and business opportunities.
High proficiency in using LinkedIn and building professional networks.
Strong organizational, operational, and team management skills.
Ability to convert relationships into real business opportunities and investment deals.
Professional reporting and executive presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets effectively.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Practical experience in managing investment communities and public relations within the finance and business sector, with strong innovation and business development capabilities.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience
in venture capital and startup ecosystems.
Strong network of relationships with investors and entrepreneurs within Saudi Arabia.
Experience
in organizing and managing premium forums and high-level business events.

Number of new investors joining the club (currently 6,000 members).
Number of forums and events conducted monthly.
Quality and scale of attendance and engagement at forums.
Number of investment opportunities generated through the forums.
Number of equity partnerships and deals successfully closed.
Quality of strategic partnerships and relationships.
Quality, scale, and number of projects added to the Vibes Holding ecosystem.
