Digital Marketing and Brand Specialist

Our client, an award-winning interior fit-out and design studio, is seeking a Marketing & Brand Specialist to lead and coordinate its full marketing ecosystem.

The studio delivers high-end residential, hospitality, and cultural projects across the UAE and internationally.

This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented professional with a strong aesthetic sensibility and proven experience managing brand presence across digital, editorial, PR, and offline channels.

This position focuses on strategy, coordination, and brand excellence, while also involving hands-on execution to ensure consistent and high-quality brand delivery.

· Oversee content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook

· Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, and external partners

· Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity

· Review and approve content prior to publishing

· Manage and update website content, including project portfolios and copy

· Plan and oversee editorial/blog calendars and contributors

· Ensure SEO-friendly content structure

· Draft press releases and manage media relationships

· Coordinate award submissions and track media coverage

· Maintain organized PR and press archives

· Oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads with internal or external support

· Monitor budgets, ROI, and performance metrics

· Prepare monthly reports and recommend optimizations

· Coordinate exhibitions, launches, and industry events

· Manage timelines, stakeholders, and on-site execution

· 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury, design, or premium sectors

· Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail

· Excellent English communication and copywriting skills

· Experience in social media and brand management

· Ability to manage multiple workflows and external collaborators

· Highly organized and execution-driven

· Interest in design, architecture, art, or luxury brands

· Ability to work on-site in Dubai

· Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads

· Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms

· Background in PR, media relations, or awards

· AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month (based on experience)

· Performance-based commission
