Qualifications and Experience

• A PhD in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a closely related discipline from a QS top-500-ranked university is required.
• Candidates need evidence of teaching effectiveness, research productivity, and industry or professional engagement.
• Publications in reputable Scopus-indexed journals are expected, commensurate with academic rank.
• University-level teaching experience, curriculum development, student supervision, and academic service are required.
• Associate Professor applicants need appropriate undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate supervision experience.
• Professional certifications, AACSB familiarity, and experience supervising graduation or postgraduate projects are advantageous.

Subject Expertise

• Required expertise includes marketing and consumer analytics, AI and machine learning applications in marketing, predictive modelling, and data-driven marketing.
• Candidates should demonstrate quantitative and experimental methods, statistical modelling, data visualization, and consumer and digital data analysis.
• Python or R and Power BI or Tableau proficiency is highly desirable.
• Advanced analytics experience including text mining, image analytics, topic modelling, clustering, and social-network analysis is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses with current content, updated syllabi, and timely assessment.
• Maintain student records, hold office hours, provide academic support, and advise students.
• Supervise independent studies, projects, internships, graduation projects, and postgraduate research.
• Contribute to curriculum evaluation, course development, and academic program improvement.
• Conduct research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and maintain scholarly engagement.
• Support academic operations, governance, accreditation, registration, and orientation activities.
• Engage in outreach, industry collaboration, knowledge exchange, professional service, and conferences.
